"Silver: mBTC18.96Gold: mBTC141.01Platinum: mBTC344.31"

I can't seem to figure out what those levels/numbers mean.

Why are live bets that are accepted being graded as "refunded"?  I have had 2 bets in the last week that I made on, "live" games where it went through the checking checking checking screen then approved my bet and made it, only to me find hours later that once the game was finished, and it was in my favor, the bet is graded as "refund".  Here is one example...

I guess it says Declined, but why is that?  The bet was initiated by me and accepted by the site, the money was taken out of my account and put towards the bet.  When I made that bet last night, your site was already showing the Giants up 4 to 0, so you can' t say it's because the line wasn't right, you knew the score of the game before the bet was made.  So why are my bets being declined after being accepted?

Few notes about mobile...
I can display my graded bets in the activity tab, but I cannot display my ungraded bets.  Whenever I try to pull them up, it just shows nothing.
When I go to the main site on my mobile device, betting is really weird.  If I want to bet, say 100 chips, I have to type in 0 then 1 and then the first two numbers get rearranged to 10, then I can type in my last 0.  It does this with any size bet, where the first two number I type in change order.

We have reviewed your question and the events were canceled and you were refunded because the odds had changed.  When a wager is placed it goes into pending mode and the system confirms it then accepts it or denies / declines it.  We are programming it in to make it very clear that the wager is pending and that will be available on the next update.

How often do you fresh our betcoin points and status points? OP

I get 0 point in last 36 hours, could you check that? Is there any delay on your system?? Nowadays the sportsbooks system are normal, not like some days ago, need to wait for 12 hours to get the correct balance.

I think they are updated once every 24 hours mate but I'm not sure
but if u won the points in the daily surprise box they will be added immediately
maybe you don't have points because u didn't wager the right amount
u need to wager 100 chips in the sportsbook or the casino to take 1 Status Point
but poker is the easiest way to claim points , cause for every 1 chip in rake or buy-in fee , you will get 6 status points
so if u r interested in the points take my advice and play some poker

Hi, my friend, what's the rake percentage in poker here? BTW, I bet on greatest tennis players and make a lot of money nowadays,   

I deposited 1.03btc and now i have 1.9X btc, last time i lost 0.53 btc on Real madrid VS juventus, and this time i got my losses back and make some profits, and I usually bet on nadal, federer with 1.XX btc so I can make 1X status points and XXX betcoin points per time.

You know I like betcoin's poker, but I don't have time to play, cos my current job is very busy. I only have 4 hours spare time which i can surf internet. I don't have many vacations in PH, I have a longer vacation in China.
