how many coins do someone need to run a masternode ?

Masternodes won't be available for another 2 years.  When they arrive, it will probably require 1000 aura.

There is new Aura bounty that pays you to run a full node and connect to the stats network, no mining required.  It's a no brainer if you're already running a node anyway.  Details here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2949532.0

So you're earning just over 5% of your premine for bounty campaign? And what will raza the remaining coins? The amount of premine is high, you need a detailed explanation of what you will do with that amount! Will there be Whitepaper? What is the roadmap? I'll be watching.

Yes, the white paper is under development and will include a breakdown of how the rest of the pre-mine will be spent. The roadmap is at http://youstock.io

Do you have an Airdrop coin distribution for the Aura crypto project?

There is no airdrop planned at this time.  You have to mine, or participate in bounty to earn aura.  It should be listed on an exchange this week.
At which exchange will be represented?

Don't mine any other Algo than Cryptonote with Vega cards, seriously...

You might get around 40 MH/s for ETHash, but 2KH/s for Cryptonote.
