what is the current stage under dev ?
Currently running a bounty campaign and logo contest. Will be petitioning exchanges soon to find a place to start trading aura. Need to harden Aura services and then focus will shift primarily to creating the YouStock platform. The Aura cryptocurrency is fairly self sustaining. Need to improve the explorer a bit, add network stats, token explorer, additional wallet support, an exchange and then it should be good. The YouStock platform is in very early stage development. |

I'm not the dev but maybe he intends to do it the way things used to be done before ICO's: by first doing the work and then reaping the rewards. |
