Hey guys,
How important for you is to have a different languages available in casinos?
I recently noticed that while many sportsbooks have it (but mostly not implemented very well), most of the casinos or Dice websites don't even bother.

I recently noticed that while many sportsbooks have it (but mostly not implemented very well), most of the casinos or Dice websites don't even bother.
My guess is that they just use automated tools for that. This way they think they cover more languages, basically for free (google translate). How important for you is to have a different languages available in casinos?
Imho such feature could make sense only for the languages where there are big communities of players. And then translation is nice and also shoutbox in that language helps. But for me it's not important at all. I've got so used with English on computers and interned, some terms even sound strange if I see them translated. |

I generally use in English but I think it is very good option to have different languages in online casinos and also important for users. It makes possible to gamble for people who can't speak any other language except his native language.

Native language would be helpful for people who don't speak English. As @NeuroticFish said, adding native languages makes sense only for big communities. Adding many languages wouldn't be good. In my country (India), there are 22 major languages. There are lot of people who doesn't understand our official language "Hindi". So, I think English is fine.

Majority of the websites that support native language are using Google translation and that is the reason why they don't appear properly. Also English is the major language that is spoken worldwide. Definitely the regional dialect affects the pronunciation, but the grammatical structure remains same. So English, as a language offers the most visibility compared to other languages. To maintain a global standard for their brand, it is important for them to maintain the most spoken language of the world. Also thr wide varity of native language is another big thing to manage. If a particular website targets only Chinese clients, it makes sense to have a mandarin version of the website. But if they want to target the entire south east Asia, it makes sense to use English only instead of using 25 different languages. |

The sites that have different language options are actually using some automated free tool for translation for which most the sentences are inaccurate or looks weird. They usually use free tool in order to avoid expense of hiring translator. English is my native language, so I guess I am fine with English only. And most of the people online can read at least basic English, so i guess just having English won't be an issue. |

Honestly putting translations is not necessary so for me it's not a big deal. If a gambling site have that feature then good. It's not that I understand English but most crypto gambling sites supports lots of countries so in here it's considered as global used. Therefore users who wants to do gamble at these sites must adjust about language concern. English is the universal language. There are browsers with auto translate feature. Just modify it at the Settings. |

I'm okay with global language (English) because chat box seem to be more active if there's only few language on the chat box. Determining what are the local gamblers seem to be not considerable by the casino's.
They prefer to have more of those gamblers stick with only one language and that is English. But having said to have a local/native language it should be modified by someone who's really a local/native for that language since most of them are said to be automated translations.

In majority, global language can cover players concerned, it won't affect that much when we do add native or if not implementing it, just like how other's opinion google can be use if its needed and for sure gamblers already knew what they are doing before risking their money..

I think it's not that necessary. If you know the languages that gamblers use, like in poker, blackjack, etc, you don't need anymore to speak. Just numbers and hand signs. lol

I don't think that is important for me because I can use English when I need to talk with other people and besides communicating with the others, I want to play the games. But it's different if we are playing with our friend which we always keep talking to them while we are playing the games. I don't know in the sportsbooks, but in the dice games, I usually use the chat box to talk with other people or with my friends.

What is meant by native language? Even I don't know if there are special languages in the casino and also sportsbooks. If it does exist, what is their language like? Is that a different chat book room that provides languages other than English? If that is the case, I personally don't mind it, because English has become a global language and we can chat in the default space.

Since gambling with cryptocurrencies are getting more popular these days, I guess having a lot of languages on a casino or gambling sites will be a great help since there are a lot of gamblers using cryptos all over the world. English is the most common language so that will be obvious for them to only use English. Another reason is that they might have a problem hiring some translators for their casinos or sights. Using some translators will not cut it. |
