There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Because I want to now? I could have done this long ago, however I have held off on doing this until I was absolutely sure it was shipping extremely soon. Someone would have paid more, but then I'd feel bad with an unknown shipping time frame.

Way too expensive at this diff.

I am simply amazed by how many people cannot do simple math. Let's see.

Comparisons:

(ASICminer USB STICKS) 115,000 / 333 = 345 USB sticks * 0.4 BTC each = *drum roll* 138 BTC for equivalent hash rate.

(ASICminer Blades) 115,000 / 11000 (avg) = 10.45 blades * 12.5 BTC = 130 BTC

(BFL Singles 60 GH x 2) 55GH (they average 55; I have two) = 90-100 BTC total

These are your options for mining. Either you like them or you don't. Let's not kid ourselves here, I priced this reasonably.

I would appreciate only serious offers and not comments from the peanut gallery. Thanks for the comment tho, I usually have to spell out it out by doing the math just like this EVERY sale. It's annoying to have to do this, but then it sells right away when people realize how much better the deals are that I make.

another simple math http://mining.thegenesisblock.com/a/9d2230baaa
shows that this 120Gh will return only about 35 BTC in a YEAR

so what's the point of paying more ?

So why are you browsing the for sale section looking at mining machines? I just showed how I am far cheaper than other options available. Aren't you wasting your time? Oh...wait...maybe its because you think enough suckers will fall for the paranoia and all these ridiculous comments and lower their prices. And because you are willing to pay to get one. Otherwise stop wasting your time and leave this section with prices out of your league.

And do you actually even own a machine? Even my BFL Single makes half a BTC per day and thats 15 BTC in a month and used to make more. Wow...it must be a special machine to generate so much BTC so fast.

Dont forget BTC scales with difficulty. Did you account for that? And if BTC is 300 at the end of the year, what does that mean? its more than doubled its efficiency.

If you require price increase to ROI, then you might as well just buy and hold btc.

(BFL Jalapenos) 110,000 / 5000 = 22 jalapenos = 220 BTC

Besides the ASIC block erupters your math is completely off due to your pricing per machine...

1. ASIC blades are currently 10.5 BTC brand new
2. BFL Singles are 35 BTC used (and very tough to sell at that price)
3. Jalapenos are closer to 5-6 BTC, and there are many people trying to sell their jalapeno at 6 BTC with no luck.

I'm actually really surprised you tried to pass off a jalapeno for 10 BTC each.

Anyways, I offer $2,500 USD cash and local pickup in southern callifornia.

I just looked at a couple links on the first page and those were the prices shown. You're also wrong. First page of For Sale section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=246020.msg2608792#msg2608792

Price for block eruptor is 12 BTC now. Went down 0.5 BTC. And only scam singles are 35. Why dont you go buy one and let us know Smiley

Also stop wasting my time. Why don't you just place an order right now for batch #3 for $6k.

This coming from the guy who was selling Block Eruptors FOREVER for 35+... get the f out of here. What a hypocrite. Even when you were selling them at that price they were NOT EVEN CLOSE for ROI. Looks like that didn't work out too well for you. When they dropped in price I saw that you were still selling a lot of them for that price...looks like you were left holding the bag.

The post you looked up is from June when they were 12 BTC and that guy sells to europeans for higher price than they cost in the US.

Check Canaryinthemine (US based ASICMiner distributor), they are going for 10.5 BTC each, they are in stock and ship super fast: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=277332.0

And when you can get 11GH/s for 10.5BTC brand new, not many people are dumb enough to pay 10BTC for just 5GH/s on an old jalapeno. I'm not trying to make you lower your price or anything, just correcting your price equations Tongue

Well even at those rates... Thats 105 BTC (10.5 BTC x 10 blades) and 110 BTC (5 BTC x 22 Jalapenos) for equivalent hash rate... so I should be raising my price Smiley This is one machine. I think the math is very clear here. Thanks.

Yep your pricing is $62/GH, which is a good price. Like I said I wasn't trying to get you to lower your price or anything, just correcting the pricing of the other setups Smiley

So 35BTC.

Sure...its sold out and you have to buy 100+. So either buy 100+ or you can pay at ASICMiners normal cost....let me calculate that.... the price is now 105 BTC for you.

Why dont you try that trick on any other company out there and see how far you get. Hey <insert name>! You sell these for $500 cheaper when I buy 100+ so give it to me for $500 less for just one!

And if you didn't know, that is how the world operates. Every manufacturer sells to their distributors at very low prices; does that entitle you to their prices? NO

I find it strange that when I say I am going to moderate the thread, not even one ridiculous comment is posted and the fear of that prevents people from wasting their time. Yet when I don't, well, you see what happens. Its unfortunate there are so many trolls.

THIS THREAD IS FOR SERIOUS BUYERS. GO TROLL ELSEWHERE.
