And I think there are others similar like crypto dogs (TRX). There's also crypto bots that I see on facebook but I didn't try to read more about it. I hope the ETH blockchain can handle these as ETH is popularly used by ICOs thus making it really prone to congestion.

It will. The more people interested in developing new dapps build in the ethereum blockchain. If there will be an exciting game to play combined with the dapps system and it could have made ethereum blockchain will be bloated again.
That just the matter of time, I remember I've heard some dapps still under development progress just like etherbot(i can't remember this correctly).
And some others dapps try to compete with cryptokitties.

It's all upto the Ethereum team and they should quickly make some decision to make the network efficient. I believe it needs a complete hard fork or a swap to start from scratch for everything it want to support. The original blockchain is so blotted, patches went solve the problem permanently.

Have you ever seen Ehterscan transactions used for ICO transactions?
ICO followers purchased the ER20 tokens using GWEI up to 600.
example, yesterday if you follow ICO Blockport, all scramble to get Blockport Token.
so who is fast, he can! that's where GAS goes up.

so, if there is still an ICO that uses the ERC20 Token,
maybe, ETH Blockchain will remain pending transaction.

ETHEREUM Often used as one means of payment or investment from investors in an ICO that held by a project. Usually new cryptoes that hold ico estimate their coin prices in ETH (ETHEREUM) instead of bitcoin. Maybe from here EtH looks fragile.
