3rd talk to Bounty manager and see how much time it will take to get a reply from manager , are they active or nor
4th Look at the project , is the project worth your time,

6th if you get the response of Bounty manager in fine time , and the project is worth to do Bounty , then you should do it

My advice is to pay attention whether the projects has a ready-made product as it is some kind of guarentee that it is not a scam as well as  long termed activity before ICO.
