Nobody could have predicted this protracted crypto winter and we've all learnt now that those analysts predicting BTC at $15k EOY know just as much as we do about crypto market movement. It's sad to see the quest for decentralization and empowerment stumble in the face of these hurdles, but better days lie up ahead. Heart goes out to the laid-off staff

yes but usually ICO's selling their ETH right after the token sale and accumulate fiat on their bank accounts or at least stable coins like tether etc. and in case of Seele team they could make x2 only in ETH and only in one month, but they didn't do this, and it is their fuck-up which now have a really bad consequences like described above.
I'm wondering if they survive after this down-trend, especially if it will be delayed for another year. Something telling me that not.

Progress in technology development:

1. Testing the mainnet and fixing the bugs;

What advantages Seele have before all other blockchain projects? As I understand they dont have sharding (which have Tomochain, Zil, Pchain, QuarkChain etc.) And this projects just called Blockchain 3.0 while Seele called himself 4.0. Why? What unique functions you have?

Seele wallet debugging, updated the js version; fixed wallet loading problem due to inconsistent api
Completed the RPC API testing and updated the corresponding Markdown document

7. Code complete for the improved POW consensus algorithm
8. Added a difficulty adjustment function to the new consensus algorithm to help with the corresponding unit test

10. In test network, run multiple nodes corresponding to 4 shards on multiple test machines to test cross-shard transactions
11. Set up multiple test machines in the test environment with test scripts for various load testing and tps tests for the P2P feature.
