Bitcoin doesn't mix with CC. BTC is irreversible transaction while CC transaction is reversible. When someone sells BTC with CC this is obvious scam or if he is honest then he obviously will be scammed by carders (stolen cc).

I was going to use that site too, but lucky decided not to. The site is very shady looking at best. Also when I went there, their BTC to CC was currently down and they didn't know when it would be back up. Another reason I didn't go with them. The best place I have found to get BTC ASAP is https://localbitcoins.com/ you trade with people. So I always do a few small trades, then slowly increase.

It's not a scam. He sent my coins. They where having an issue so it took longer than usual and it was my first order so I became very suspicious. He actually sent me a little bit more than I paid for because of the wait. I'm sorry that I made this post.
