You can also transfer half of your btc...after we make full payment and you transfer the other half of your btc.
This is the notorious "increments scam". The "half now half later" trick. If you fall for it, you lose half of your coins. For the scammer, stealing half is better than stealing none. Solution: always use a trusted escrow when trading with strangers.
