This is an auction for 10 Shares in
ASIC Mining Cooperative managed by bizwoo in the Spanish section of the forum.
For this cooperative the participants have now bought 4 KnCMiner's Jupiters and the auctioned shares belong to the 4th unit.
1 Share = 2.857Gh/s less expenses and reinvestment fund (1)(1) There will be a 2% administration fee calculated after expenses. Expenses include but are not limited to hosting, import duties, VAT, transport, PSU and any other expenditure that might arise. Hosting location is still not decided and will be voted by the shareholders. It is estimated to be anything between 180 and 330 USD per month. There is also a 10% of the mined BTC to be put in a reinvestment fund to be used for unforeseen circumstances and/or reinvestment.

- Minimum quantity is 1 share/order. No maximum.
- These shares are available and the Jupiter was already bought (paid); therefore, no Escrow will be offered.
- Once auction is closed, I will provide address for the winners to make payment.
- Payment must be done within 24h after auction has ended.
- Payments must be done from address you control and can sign messages with.
Bidding:- Starting price is 0.55BTC/share (with 0.01BTC/share increments).
