I have a question to ask. You guys seem to give heavy bonuses of 50% for pre-sale investors at $0.34 and the public sale investors upto a max of 20% bonus at $0.68. There are high chances of dumping that can be done by early investors as they are having very high advantage over the main sale investors. How do you take care out it?

Reading the ANN and the white paper I am not 100% clear on the Trading Pool. Do we need to be an ICO investor to benefit from the dividend or any token holder is eligible? In the later case how are you going to distribute dividend (you do not plan something like NEO/GAS, correct? so how would you identify token holders ?)

Thanks for your input, yes all token holders are going to receive dividends, we will check on the blockchain who are the owners and send them the tokens. The process is not completely defined but is going to be something like this.

Obviously a significant incentive to hold FXT token. Do you plan to start dividend distribution right after the ICO or should we expect some delay due to some dev required? In that case should you not add the milestone in the roadmap?

Also are you going to distribute pro-rated to the holding time within a period or just read the blockchain positions at the end of each period?

No, the profits from the trading pool are planned after development of the final version. Yes we can add this milestone to the roadmap, is not defined how we are going to deliver that.

About the dividends: Do we have to store our FXT in a trackable ERC-20 Token like MyEtherWallet or do we even receive those dividends if they're currently stored on an exchange???

We ere not going to give dividends for legal reasons, but we will share the benefits from the trading pool with our investors giving back the ethereums invested.

There is quite a big difference between soft cap (0.5 millions USD) and hard cap (20 millions USD). Taking into account that major part of ICO proceeds(40%) will be allocated for R&D  can you specify what will be the difference of Platform’s functionality in case of soft cap and hard cap?

The more funds we raise, the better the product will be, will look more professional, more stable, we can also reach timings faster, contract best team and trading advisors, and make the product work in more exchanges etc.

Hello devs, firstly I congratulate you for this project. I liked it and I ll be in from the very beginning. I have a question about platform and its structure. As we see lately, almost all of the trading platforms had some capacity problems, even the simpliest ones, due to high interest and overload.

You say that you are making and you will running a platform, that is more complex and integrated automated trading system, and trade signal sending system. Do you think this Platform can handle big transaction capacities? Did you have taken some scalability measures? If yes what are these? Or again we will have the same issues like other platforms and will loose money while waiting to refresh the platform?

To avoid problems in big transaction capacities we will only provide orders on high volume coins and we will work only in high volume exchages with the autotrading.

We will also limit number of users to avoid changing the price when we trade.

In the case that one user receives a signal and manually trades on a low volume exchange, he does that on his own risk.

We will see your wallet on the blockchain, and we can send to you the tokens directly to the exchange (we suppose that when you have tokens in some exchange is because we are listed there, so there is no problem to send you tokens).

Btw,

This is a fair point: You will pay to all token holders (exact time holding logic tbd as per our previous message) but in the case of an exchange I think it is a single omnibus address for all their users so you need to liaise with the exchange bc they will have some work on their side to distribute among their users. Always best for wide token adoption to have at least one exchange handling this dividend distribution (one example in mind: Binance with Neo and Gas).
