Smerit Point from Negative Trust Account ?

As we know if someone received negative trust, he will just abandon his account.

After merit system has been implemented, he realized that he has 200 smerit point ( let say his account was legendary )

Negative poster with spendable smerit point , you guys know what will happen next ... 

or user with negative trust can't spend the rest of smerit point ?

There is a very high chance for him to try and sell away the smerit points allocated on his legendary account for money, and since his legendary account have already been red tagged by the DT members in the past, I don't think he cares being tag with more negative trust by DT members on his account for the actions of selling away smerit points to boost other users accounts.
