I am a newbie. I just got in an Antminer S9 13.5T and after firing it up, it does nothing. Lights are on, but there is no Hardware Version or BMminer Version. I have installed the older version of software, ran the fix, upgraded to the latest firmware and still nothing. Is there anyone wanting some good karma? I need help!!
Thanks in advance!

Wait, what have you done? Can you show a pic of the miner's status page?

I don't know how to take a picture of it, but it shows nothing. All fields are blank, or have a single zero.

It has been running for more than 6 hours now. I have tried most of the things that have been posted to do. Upgrade the Firmware, reset it, re booted it, changed the IP address several times. I am at a loss!

Try reading this thread, there are already people that had simmilar problem, there was no software system on it. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2485365.0

Or you can try to download files from Bitmains site, and flash it on your own with SD card. Your choice.

Take a look at the kernel log - post it here if you can.

If there was no firmware, the system would not boot at all. The firmware is there if you can hit the web interface. There is most likely a configuration or hardware problem. Could also be a firewall blocking the ports to the pool that is configured.

mine took at least 10 mins to start mining, they are really picky on setting fans speeds and reboot a lot.

just leave it alone for 10 mins.  sometimes it takes awhile to start hashing. and yes, mine showed up without the firmware version number displayed as well.  Real strange...but it does work if you leave it alone.

Let me know how it goes from here.

I did everything that was suggested, and found, finally, that I just needed to reset my wireless range booster. It works just finr. BUT, now I have an even stranger problem... Every morning I wake up to a dead miner. It resets to a new IP address every morning. I will post a new subject for this... Thank you for all your help!
