From where is btc coming? Some site or what? I ask because I had problem like this with faucethub.io, they send all these coins but use low fee so people waited for a one month for coins.

I solve these problems for a small fee but if you can find free then is better for you.

This has now become the normal for the people who transfers the btc from the block chain wallet and reduce the satoshi to be paid as the network fees.  Still their is 63000+ unconfirmed transaction on block chain. It has reduced compared to last week where it was 125000+ and seems by this week end it should still reduce by 70% or so. I had a instance of getting transfer after 2 weeks of long waiting as well.

It has 93 confirmations even though the fee is only 12.786 sats per byte which is pretty low. I don't know if this guy really helped you out.

There is no doubt buddy, I too checked that this transaction seems already confirmed directly without using the acceleration tool. Since you guys find the option to reduce the transaction fees in blockchain or other desktop wallet. Most of the people do reduce the fees lesser than recommended fees per byte.
This issue cannot resolved with the acceleration tool like viabtc or confirmtx sites. If there is any network delay in your transaction you please use the below link (antpool accelerator)

There are many accelerators out there that are for free but a low fee TX can't be confirmed by viabtc and with confirmTX it's not a real one, I doubt it really confirms transaction. This thread is all https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2510862.0 about free TX accelerators so that if someone is asking the same thing by a stranger that guarantee he's going to accelerate it for a certain amount, don't be fooled.

Read my post clearly before quoting to that, even I mentioned the same low fees transaction cannot be confirmed with the accelerator tools. I have given the antpool transaction accelerator link if incase he finds the transaction issue by network delay.

I encountered the same problem when I have sent my coins to another external wallet, for me this I think the reasons why they occur first is that you probably pay a low amount of transaction fee and the priority level of your transaction is low the time frame for the confirmation is usually a week or more, the other instances is that the rebroadcasting  of the transaction because of any interference.
