We lived the same community for almost 20 years now and Our neighbors are like family. They were there when we have an issue with my Dad and supported us whenever we need help. We even ask them to fix things in the house. To return the favor, we also helped them when they need it. Its not about who's wealthy or rich, its all about the willingness to help and being a good neighbor. There was a saying that you can be enemies with other people but not with your neighbors.

To be a good neighbor is like to be a good person aswell. When you are a good person , being a good neighbor is instantly when you are in touch with other people in your community because when they knew about you being a good person they will instantly like you. In a community where there are good people , neighbors is just like a family to them , they treated each other as family.

In my opinion, to be a good neighbor we need to become more friendly and treat them nicely. We also need limitations especially in their problems juat to show some respect just tell them that you are only one call away if something happen. And don't do anything that makes them angry and irritated.
