Hi,

Are you going to keep BitCloak as legit service. I have not received my coins nor get hold of support. Has to be pointed out that i tried bitcoin cash mixer (BCH), not BTC. https://bitcloak43blmhmn.com/bch/

Seems dubious that no answer from support (states answer within 48 hrs), has been 57 hrs from my transaction and no support contact/answer.

Sometimes answer from service like this can get longer than 3 days. You can open a scam accusations if this continue (especially because their account seem to be offline since April).

As I told you in PM it could be just a technical problem, which can happen to every website from time to time.

I can't really label a site as a scam because I see 1 guy is awaiting. I mean it's not like if a dozen of persons have the same problem at the same time.
I've got many PMs from people trying to brainwash me, and to use shady methods, trying to make me remove a site or dirty things.
And some do like you. Not saying you're trying to fool me but you get the point.

Please follow @joniboini's suggestion and open a scam accusation here and I will then do

Yes, I understand your point completely. I wanted to share my experience, nothing else. Was wondering no one else tried BitCloak lately, see if it was some hiccup just in my case. Nevertheless, I'm gonna read the suggestion and open an accusation if not too much work.

I still don't understand why you use this new mixer. The new mixer is almost deceptive, but we have reliable legal mixers, such as chipmixer.com ,

Sorry I don't, all the ones I know are either closed or scams (i.e. bestmixer, coinmix.to, etc).

I may be wrong but Electron Cash has a coinshuffle feature, an implementation of Coinjoin to mix several transactions but without a 3rd party (see here about CoinShuffle). I think there is even a wallet called "Coinshuffle" but think about doing your own research because I'm not Bcash fan and don't really know the wallet

Got my BCH from Bitcloak, but it was a hassle, so do not wan't to try that one again. Maybe I just use a BTC tumbler.

Yes, if you ask for secure and most anonymous mixer, everyone here will suggest you to use chipmixer. Just make sure you understand their steps though its easy as one two three, they're different from other common mixer and that makes them unique and secure.

Other recommendations, wasabi wallet, never used them though, but lots of people use them and have good feedback.

According to OP, cryptomixer is still trusted service, however, why wouldn't you use ChipMixer? They are best in mixing and their fee is reasonable as you can pay whatever you want.

Cryptomixer use common way of mixing coins, if you want more secure and privacy, chipmixer would be your choice though you can use both, make sure you access a correct website.
I recommend use their tor links instead of their clearnet site.
