Bitcoin futures - anyone can give some data?

I am asking for some information about the futures over bitcoin because I think they are having a great influence on the market. I do know what a future contract is, so no need for a theoretical explanation here. I would like to know:

- Which companies offer bitcoin futures
- What leverage and starting price.
- And, the most important, what are the clearance dates and how can I know the open positions.
