how can i go up rank?
I'm still a newbie, my activity does not go up, and I do not have any merit points at all.

I am very new to crypto world, especially to be a member in this forum.
I am very layman, and I do not know what to do to get my rankings up like other users in this forum.

please for the experts in this forum can provide an explanation for me.

Read the thread and responses and if you have any doubt you can post. All those members who are legendary today started with 0 posts only. It is true that they do not had to go through this merit system but one thing is for sure that is you pass this to reach that level, your profile will look much better in comparison to theirs. We may see changes to this current system like all the members are required to earn certain number of merit points every six months or so so as to maintain their current level. Just do not give up and learn from the posts and  threads getting good number of merits.

The new system seems tough & newbies may find it unfair but unfortunately for them it’s here to stay. You’ve just got to post constructively, try & be helpful.

Do you have any developer skills, what can you offer the forum. Just stick to the rules & try your best to make good posts. People will see you around & remember your name. You’ll likely gain merit points but it may take a while to become established here.

Try your best & don’t moan about it being unfair, life is unfair. If you piss established pisters off here you won’t get anywhere.

You should read the rules before opening a discussion.
The new rules allow you to become Jr Member with zero merits. So that's exactly like before.
However you will need 10 merits to become Member when you reach activity of 60. That's feasible.
THEN you will most likely stay Member forever   since you will need 100 merits for the next rank - which as it seems now, it could take you a long long time.

You don't need any merit to be Jr Member.
I guess you need to wait till Wednesday to rank up. be patient and good luck..

If you read the pined thread, getting your account until Jr. Account with out merit is no problem at all, but try to get merit along the way,,, you will have your additional number of activity this after January 31and your account will be ranking up..so take your time to post.

As a newbie we will not get any "free" merit. Your activity goes up by 14 on a 2 week basis. So you need to post minimum 14 posts in 2 weeks. About 1 a day. Then your activity will increase and if your post are good you will awarded merit by other people. You will need 10 to rank up. Just be yourself and it will come. Don't worry about it.

I was just about to give you a merit or two until the last sentence..

Begging isn't cool and that is what you are doing..

concentrate on adding value and merits will come, it might take a week or a month it may even take 3 months.. but you just need to keep on working on the quality of your posts and not ask for merits.
