Problem with my og account.

My first account which i use is SakamHost and when i format my pc i forgot the password, and the email which is used is mine but is inactive because the domain which was owned by me is suspended i didnt renew it because i dont need it. I send pictures proof etc to admins but no one reply to me, all i want is to change email of the account to another one so i can reset it and i can use it.
