ah they're the casino gambling games business. Well I don't think they're really a scam, they're in ICO but who knows is they'll be successful  and will the ICO succeed. They've been around for US and Asian martket, mostly, for the past ~10 years.

You might want to on alt-coin section or join their telegram group and see what's going on. I've never heard of them or anything at all.
