to be frank we have dice game and many more games. I agree that 2k usd is not enough for a dice Bank Roll but there are PvP games and other game options for less Bank Roll

our problem is that we are not developers and to find a good and trusted one is very tough

I advise you not to create a project because a project must require a very large capital, we all can see that a strong team and a good resource can determine the success of a project. With that much money I suggest to be an investor, you can invest your money on a trusted project. I'm sure the money is enough to make a profit, but again if you want to make a project then I think what you have is not enough. I've seen a project requires a lot of money, although you can withdraw from some investors then it will not be enough because we must provide a strong guarantee of the project we make.

With $2000 starting a project is tough but its not doable as well. But the profits you get will be minimal and for promotions and other stuffs you might have to spend apart from building a project. Can you tell the reasons why your dice game failed? You can be a investor to other projects, gain some money and start a project on own.

Having that kind of initial investment wont really put you into something, not to discourage you but it wont really be sufficient enough for you to find possible partners into what project you do plan off. $2k might be big for some people but this amount isn't really enough on building projects which you do expect that would give you good returns. Even on small projects this amount is not enough. Better to keep and save up even more higher than that then come back again when you accumulate enough.

You can probably get away with a WAVES solution if your budget is that low. I don't know how you pay someone for a solidity ERC20 development project on speculation. I would look at something simple to deploy that doesn't leave you at the mercy of the dev.
