How many lost BTC are there likely out there from all the miners with fractional shares that either cannot transfer them from a pool because the amount is to small, gave up mining or BTC altogether because their CPU got them .005 BTC, or maybe are stuck at an exchange?

So that is reported known loses from mainly stupidity it appears and it totals 20k BTC, how many more are lost via the other means I wonder or from those never posting here. Seems the number is pretty darn high.

Just curious since once lost they are gone, not like somebody else might walk behind you and find the dollar you dropped.
