SCAMMER ACCUSATION: Dragoon/Umuri - Not Paying Debt To Me - Threats

Hi all,

I would like to report Dragoon and Umuri (see update) for scamming (Umuri/Dragoon) and threats (Dragoon). I have asked him nicely if I could be repaid the debt in payments for the sale of my Dragon's Tale account (currently dragoonite now). When I asked today if I could please have a payment I was told I "ask too much" and "am acting like a cunt". I told him that I would be reporting him on Bitcoin Talk but was greeted with this message threatening me if I was to report him.

dragoonite: im gonna warn you once. i havent scammed you i have no broken our deal and if you do that on bitcoin talk or any other website and I find out about it. then there will be an issue and you wont like the consequences

Upon posting this thread I was greeted with these lovely messages...

*UPDATE: 0.165 Bitcoin was repaid and the debt was sold to Umuri. The 1 bitcoin of remaining debt was never repaid and now Umuri refuses to pay it back stating "Umuri: The 1 Bitcoin was a gift and did not need to be repaid." I was under the impression the 1 bitcoin I gave to him was an emergency bank for me in case I needed it. This was agreed upon but the 1 bitcoin is being refused repayment. Besides it's Dragoon's debt that was sold to Umuri not my non existant debt to Umuri...

*UPDATE: I was told I would be receiving 165 BTM within the week and still have not received anything. I have offered to have him send 1 Bitcoin of the debt to Umuri if he is not comfortable sending to myself as Umuri is a friend who helps me bank 1 bitcoin for emergencies. Neither of us has received anything and Dragoon continues to spend fractions of bitcoins on herb licenses and other non essential things. He has bitcoins and can repay but chooses not to.

I'm not all to worried about getting the 1.165 bitcoin that I'm owed but would just like to give fair warning to anyone on Dragon's Tale that was considering selling their Dragon's Tale account to Dragoon that he is highly untrustworthy and even if he pays you back it takes him far too long and you are not paid up front.

First to clarify, Dragoon and Umuri are not the same person. Dragoon(Dragoonite) is a seperate player on Dragon's Tale despite how the title is worded.

I am Umuri, a longtime player of the casino Dragon's Tale.  I've had lots of dealings with SupaDupaJenkins(CrazyRabbi) in the past, as i'm sure most people here have, who is prone outbursts such as this when in a manic phase. Other relevant background is that Supa is notorious for asking for loans from pretty much everyone and selectively removes quotes from context.

The incident in question started on 08/07/2013, when, after helping a lower player with a game, Supa gifted me 1 btc after winning big, which is not uncommon when he's riding a gamblers high.  Logs in question are pasted from Dragon's Tale, with other peoples comments cut out, but I can provide the full logs with irrelevant details if a need is proven.

So now we've established Supa gave me 1 btc, which I then voluntarily put into an account to loan out to him later (since I knew he'd ask, as it is an almost daily occurance) and against his own suggestion.


During the night while I was asleep, Supa contacted me about getting that loaned back (less than 24 hours). (PM-> means it comes from me, PM<- is to me from the person listed.)

So now we've established Supa gifted 1 btc, was against the idea of me setting it aside for when he was going to ask for a loan next, then asked me and agreed to it being loaned out to him.

On 08/19/2013, Supa and Dragoonite were having a bit of back and forth in public chat about the issue mentioned originally in this thread, and I decided to step in and mediate as a favor to both of them since it was getting rediculous. It is worth nothing that Dragoonite cannot see Supa's chat(he has supa /ignored after supa got angry at not being repaid fast enough, but well within the terms of the original loan), hence why i'm relaying.

It's a matter of privacy.

Which leads us to why I was unceremoniously added to this thread and that it was re-opened after being closed.
This is, sadly, normal behavior for SupaDupaJenkins, which is why I document my dealings with him and am flippant in the very last exchange.  I did not include the sections in between when supa loaned the 1 btc from me, and his issue with dragoonite, where he repeatedly claimed the loan didn't exist and he would never repay it, but you can see him admitting it in the conversation above.

Given that this is normal behavior for SupaDupaJenkins, who I believe has been banned here before, would it be possible to have him banned from this subforum, as this isn't the first time i've seen him threaten to report people as scammers when they do not give him money he wants but has no title to, or do it on a timescale different than agreed upon originally. Add to that his own outstanding loan list is quite high, with several debts being "written off" and ignored, such as one of his to one of my students in-game, Timmah which I believe was still in excess of 30 btc.

Well for one Umuri refused to state how he talked me into using the 1 bitcoin I gave him as a line of credit with him.

He also may be legally retarded considering the debt that DRAGOON owes me is not the NON EXISTANT debt that Umuri claims I owe him.

There is absolutely no reason I have to repay him anything to get my 1 Bitcoin of Debt repaid from Dragoon.

If the 1 Bitcoin I gave to Umuri was in fact a gift I have already received it back from him. I don't "owe" him it again because it was just that a gift.

Umuri is one of the biggest con artists on Dragon's Tale and hides behind the way he words things to exploit more money out of people.

The debt in question is from Dragoon which Umuri is the escrow for so yes Umuri gibs monies k thx bai ^_^

I've coded and corrected code for a very large portion of Dragon's Tale as well as have worked with Di vigorously on hot fixes , bug fixes , fixes in general and broken code...

I have no idea why you are even bringing a thread that is months and months old back to life darkmule... I've already written this off...

I'm not going to get this 1 BTC back and don't really care to bother trying anymore.... I make 1 BTC while I'm on the can....

UPDATE: This has still not been paid in full. 1 Bitcoin is still owed to me.

The debt was between myself and dragoonite therefore until I receive payment directly from dragoonite it is not repaid.
