Hey, yes you can buy a house in tokens, or pay a deposit in tokens. If you are buying a house for $100,000 and it requires a deposit of 5% then you'll need $5000 dollars worth of EHB tokens.

I read your project. And maybe you can deal with the issue of housing in UK ( your country and company base ).
However, I don't think you will be successful in US or Brazil. At least, US for 95% sure.
Do you think U.S. real estate companies allow your project launching, and are you sure about that?
Do you think U.S. government would stand still and do nothing if your project run in U.S?
We are talking house (it relates to land, electricity, water, community, laws, documents, etc.), a real deal.

Think about that.
Your project looks great on paper but very hard to make it real.
How about if you fail?

What is the portion of tokens or hardcap is set in stone for Pre-ICO round ? I was navigating various parts of the website but didn't see anything in this regard. It was not more good to make information about the coming round more clear and simple. You should high light here restriction for US based investors as well. Little above someone have raised questions already because may be he didn't read those legal disclaimer from site.
