You must earn at least 1 Merit to upgrade to Jr. member or buy Copper membership. As I see, you're already Copper member.

Overview updated with new Level System, now a Jr. Member require at least 1 Merit or it will remain Newbie and cannot post signatures.

Yeah,i can see that, you're still a newbie because the restrictions and means of upgrade have been enhanced,you now have to earn one single merit at least to be able to be promoted to Jr member rank,read this thread for more details: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5030366.0

Definitely there are a lot of people who can help you out,there are a total of 119 merit sources and thousands of other users all willing to hand out merits,but you must be constructive with your posts and improve it's quality.
