I have 2 first day orders on separate accounts and am letting one go.  I'd like to use John K's escrow to complete the transaction (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=141672.0).  The auction is starting at $8k (using USD because of the recent volatility in BTC).  If the price reaches full retail, the auction is closed and those bids at full retail will be used in order posted.  In the event the first bidder fails to pay, I will start going down that list.  After John K. verify's funds received of which can be USD or Bitcoin equivalent quoted on Campbx , John K. will then give the winner control of the BFL account.  The winner will then be able to change the account email to their own, along with the address etc.  I don't believe BFL will let you change the name on the account, but that should be trivial in getting the equipment delivered.

The order can be seen below:

http://www.tiikoni.com/tis/view/?id=d55660b

I will be watching this thread closely and will lock it if I see full retail bids of $9360.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Looking at the BFL shipping delays I don't think you'll get any Bids.

Hmm 8000 for BFL or 8000 for bitfury October delivery.  Also you say you are selling one.  One device or one order?  I'm happy to bid with USD in escrow until end of October.  If it doesn't come by then I get a refund and you pay an interest charge for locking up my money for two months.
