Yes, I would like to create my state with trusted people. I think I'd always instead choose to be with people I can believe and trust rather than intelligent people that I don't know that they would run the state. And if a country has that kind of Senate, I would definitely live there because trust is what makes us together.

No prisons? Sure about that? In that case what are you going to do with the criminals who indulge in violent crimes such as murder, rape, robbery and home invasion? And please don't say that such crimes will never happen in your country. It happens everywhere.

We are currently living in the national sovereignty era as maintained through the United Nations.  Whilst periodically, there might be an upheaval and birthing of new nation-states, as following the collapse of the USSR; for the most, its the status quo that they value the most.  Hence, the difficulty for the formation of new nation-states, such as the failed Catalonian attempt to secede from Spain in 2017.

Where are you going to find the land to set up your new state?  Also, if your new state is going to intrude in any significant manner on the rights of established nations; rest assured they'll descend upon you like a pack of wolves.  Your 'no-prison' policy is a 'God-sent' invitation for them to send their agent provocateurs with nefarious intents.

You can start a ship-based state of course, but, it's going to be only a matter of time before international maritime pirates get their hands upon anti-ship rockets and missiles.  What are you going to do then, with a loaded gun held to your head?!

Its an idea of course, but its time, sadly has not yet come.  Hang around a bit, perhaps in a decade or two, or three, you might just get lucky.  Stay fit, stay healthy, stay intellectually agile; and you'll be good for harnessing the moment when it does eventually occur.

You can't "start" a country. There are many de facto States that would like the status of a country but that are not recognized by most of the rest of the world as such. Tawain is a good example which can sometimes provoke angry responses.  A lot of modern countries were started in the last century by way of liberation from their colonizers, mostly in Africa and Asia. If you could find a colonized country somewhere and liberate it and at the same time become its government, then perhaps you would be "starting" a country. Some people have tried to buy land and create their own laws such that rich business men can keep getting richer and richer and richer and the rest of the world can only stop them by declaring war on their "country," but I think that is one of those "we're going to build the tallest building ever" ideas.

This is highly possible. How? I've heard in the near future, technology will allow for virtual, augmented and mixed realities to create a new world. So yes, that state you just painted for us, that could be totally possible. Think virtual currency, jobs, no censorship and total democracy. I would love to live in that kind of world. What about you?

I'm not sure if I would want to create my own whole state, but I have thought of things like this. There was a thread on here about seasteading. That's the closest thing I've heard of recently to somebody starting their own state from scratch. I remember about 10 years ago, ThePirateBay was trying to buy an island or something like that so they would be exempt to copyright laws. I don't think that worked out. For me, I think some thing much smaller scale would be better. I have many people in my life that I love, but, unfortunately, most of them are spread all over the world in different cities and countries. I've often thought that it would be really cool to gather all the people that I think are awesome and all like together in some sort of community.

It is an alternative to what we have now. Alternatives are good. A society with no prisons means that people are more conscious than in our actual society. Prisons are not built for fun. I am sure the government spend lots of money on building them. Same thing for schools. Authorities do not build them for fun. If in a society, people are dangerous, they should go to prison. If the society, on the contrary, is well built, people are educated, then no need to build prisons or to be afraid. We fight crime because people are poor. Poverty is the actual problem of our system. Poverty and education are responsible for our problems. Do you agree?

I want to specify in what kind of country I would like, no would love to leave in it forever.

Here are the followings...

1. A country that value human rights.

2. Also a town that could have peace and no war.

3. A place that people would treat others the same.

4. People in the will not think of evil and would think of the right.

5. A town that would have a leader that will let people grow a life a good place to rich and no poor.

6. A world that would be perfect no madness.

Still this is what I want but I cannot make this happen on my own. Still we could make this happen if there will be a rigth order by the help of a leader and a guidance of the Creator.

In the end accept the world you are leaving in and be a good person who can change your city or the world and be a person that who can one look up to.

in thought yes a great idea. but one without education could hardly fulfill this idea , so much work would have to be done and everything has to b e so will thought out that it seems near to impossible. but we can design a state in theory, that would be interesting.

I think its best idea ever create a country with people that have same ideology and with same core values ,because in many countrys you always have like two groups of people in general maybe even three and everyone of groups have diffrent ideology and its always some conflict between so we coould avoid that.We could do it first on small level like turn a neighbourhood in state with rules and regulations that people who live in agrees and than we can see if that have future for bigger states im sure if you have one little state with awesome laws and great economy population will start rising like crazy and maybe one day the hole state adopt the same laws
