For long term investment you can invest on the Ethereum and litecoin. Last year projection alone makes the ethereum increases almost 350% percentage growth in the marketplace buddy. In the end of December month, LTC shows 150 USD value bump in the marketplace.

For short term investment:
Invest on Ripple, IOTA, ADA, SIACOIN, ETC and TRX. By checking the price changes and marketcap growth. These coins really made the made the investors happy. Especially ripple value around 40 cents and something but it bumped more than 2.5 USD in the marketplace.

You can take Ethereum, but I do not think there will be x5 this year. I would choose Electroneum (ETN) and Cindicator (CND), I buy now when there is an opportunity and I'll keep it until the end of the year, I think it's interesting projects

I think ETH and LTC are likely to go up this year, and since you only want to buy a 1 coin, then I would recommend ETH is the right choice so far. But you should have prepared if this prediction misses because if you are not ready to lose, then you will be frustrated and will probably be a panic selling.

if you choose from your list, then the most risky option is, of course, the Lisk, the least risky ethereum, but you need to understand that the ETH does not give a very big profit. It is better that you are now towards to make investment with such a big amount , but better will be best if you can invest in perfect coin for better results .
First of all you should be aware about it that "make that amount investment that you can bear loss easily " .

First of all, I will suggest not to invest everything in one coin. It does not matter if it is 600 $ or 6k$. The best thing to do is to diversify. That way, even if one of the coins does not reached the potential that you have expected, the others will compensate.
Second, I will strongly suggest you, to make a research. Ok, here you will receive opinions about one coin or other, but in the end, the decision is yours and the best way to make a decision is when you are aware with the information regarding the coin.
My way to evaluate ICO/coin is when I look the white paper and evaluate the idea. Also, I check the team that stand behind the project. Do they have the needed expertise.

You should avoid cryptocurrencies that have already done extreme amounts of ROI if you're looking for the next 5-10x coin.  Do some research on ICO projects and invest your $600 there.  Investing $600 in an already established project won't give you high returns in the short term.

You should avoid cryptocurrencies that have already done extreme amounts of ROI if you're looking for the next 5-10x coin.  Do some research on ICO projects and invest your $600 there.  Investing $600 in an already established project won't give you high returns in the short term.  

I too suggest the same, because right now more and more ico projects with good growth potential has been getting into existence. Also the worth ico can be easily predicted without much complications from the way it is been promoted from the beginning of the project.

I guess that if you want to make 5-10x, you shouldn't choose the coin from top 10. More "x" will be made by coins on 90-100 pisition on coinmarketcap. But it is more risky for you. I advice you to pay attencion to Skycoin, very advanced and short-change coin.

To get a coin whose price can go up to 5x or 10x I think it's impossible, the market now is currently going chaos. I would advise you not to invest in 1 coin. Going all in is not a good idea, you could lose a lot of money. Instead, you should invest some amount of your money, say half of it, to some sound, established coins like ICX, STRAT, VEN etc., and the rest to more risky but more profitable coins. In my opinion, Don't just rely on the single coin.You need to split your capital in the different parts. Choose top crypto like BTC, ETH, LTC, RIPPLE and do some research on the ICO also. If you are looking for an alt which can give you up to 10x returns in less than 12 months, then I am afraid that you need to look beyond the top alts. Some of the mid-tier alts, such as Monero, Zcash and Verge can be considered for investment. i would recomend you to buy TRON. why tron? cause in near march they will launch theyir first apps and i think it will increasing tron value dramatically.  

Ethereum is a good coin too, if you plan to play long game this is one of the best coin in my mind cause seems like ethereum have a solid grow even thought its slow but seems sure overtime.

My top in the list are Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, and Nem. It is up to you if you want to believe in my opinion but also consider others. I am not good in investing in alts because all of my investments are done via fiat money.

BNT and TFL is the very good coin and also in the very lucrative price range. You can invest in these coins for the longer period. Some more are Cappasity, HVN, Datum and DIMCOIN.
