How do we spot ICO gems early during the pre sale ? I feel not all ico are listed on the websites during the presale .for example I didn't see CPC chain in any site but it's sold out.Is there any site to check a complete list of pre ico going on now or is Bitcoin talk the perfect place to find out ?

There are several easy ways to stay in the loop of any new ICO.

I follow numerous influential persons on Youtube. You can simply do a Youtube search for upcoming ICO or something similar to find info on new projects.

Also, you can save Twitter searches, for example #ico. Easy to scroll through the latest posts containing this hashtag.

Lastly, you can try the good old Google Alerts, which aggregates all related content within the SERPS.

I’m a bit sceptic about Youtube. Any person can tell only what has in his/her knowledge, you can be even more informed. But everything depends on how you are interested in finding. Hashtags, Google alerts are good. You also may add some Telegram channels

3. This forum itself, altcoin section
4. Facebook groups like crypt0
5. Youtubers like suppoman , datadash etc
