Rate. During ICO TUSH token will be sold at the rate of 100 TUSH token for 1 ETH.
 
SoftCap (minimum threshold for collection) amounts to 1 000 ETH, this amount will be enough to carry out a set of marketing activities in the Russian cities with population exceeding one million of people, such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Chelyabinsk, Omsk, Samara, Rostov-on-Don, Ufa, Krasnoyarsk, Perm, Voronezh, Volgograd.
 
HardCap (maximum threshold for collection) amounts to 5 000 ETH, this amount will be enough to carry out a set of marketing activities throughout Russia and the CIS countries, as well as to launch sales in Western Europe and the United States.
 
The ICO duration will be 30 days. The ICO automatically ends when the maximum collection threshold is reached.
Upon completion of the ICO, all unsold tokens will be destroyed.
 
Investment form, jurisdiction. OOO Arilis is a legal entity registered in the territory of the Russian Federation and can act as an entity for audit; all funds collected within ICO will be transferred to the OOO Arilis account in the form of a targeted investment.
 
Rewards.
At the end of each calendar quarter, starting at July 1, 2018, OOO Arilis, offers to buy out all issued tokens from quarterly profits from the Tushem drinks sale. The redemption consumes up to 75% of quarterly profit. The repurchasing price is determined by the offer, that is all orders for the TUSH tokens sale, published at the time of ransom, are redeemed, starting from the cheapest, as long as the funds are distributed.
All redeemed tokens are destroyed.
Redemption and destruction of tokens are carried out automatically on the basis of a smart contract.

Minimum purchase amount: 0.01 ETH.

Tokens distribution:
65% are participants in the crowd-funding campaign. This part will be transferred immediately after ICO. After ICO is over, there will be no more tokens. In the future, you can buy tokens only from other holders on the exchange.
2% — VIP bounty. This part will be distributed within 2 months after the end of ICO. This part of the reward will be distributed among the active participants in the discussion and development of the project at the stage of pre-ICO and ICO as compensation for the time spent and enthusiasm displayed.
3% — bounty. This part will be distributed among the members of the bounty campaign within 1 week after the end of ICO.
15% — founders and project management. This part will be distributed among the founders and the Arilis management staff, which will allow them to hire the best proactive and motivated managers for the project. The distribution of these tokens will be completed no later than 6 months after the end of ICO.
15% — reserve for a strategic investor. This part is held in reserve for 6 months.
