If you are MAD at BFL, then "wreak havok on the lives of the persons mentioned"

 Unacceptable behaviour. Don't to this.

I recommend forum administration move to ban anyone suggesting vigilante justice.

yeah leave pirate alone.

have you ever been scammed? i am not suggesting violence of any kind, just making those that were scammed whole again. if you think violence you are short sighted. there are so many other ways to put pressure on someone.

anyway, i applaud you sir for bringing the ball into BFL's court and holding them accountable for their bullshit. i hope all goes well for you.

Some of the research that my lawyer did shows that the companies legal documentation for their corporation is delinquent.  To him this indicates that the company likely realizes there is a problem and may be preparing for bankruptcy.  Obviously this is speculation, but gives concern that they may feel lawsuits will take longer than they will be in business.

Hardly news, but anyway.

So we'll see how it goes.  Personally, if I received a refund today I'd be OK with just the $4,048.  Once I file the claim tomorrow it's going to cost them.

I think that last bit is extremely selfish. Sue BFL, please. But don't start asking for damages above and beyond your legal fees and a full refund. If everyone starts bringing 25K lawsuits to the table people who do not have the resources to do the same will never be able to get a refund before BFL goes under. Think before you do. Please.

You people are like Lemmings. If he sues $25k and gets it, BFL will refund people's money and get their priorities straight. I cannot believe the fear and panic you people live in. No wonder BTC is so easy to trade in with all this panic (buy and selling).

Lol, fear and panic? In case you weren't aware, not everyone lives in deep emotional attachment to their beliefs.

Oh and for the record, they are called realistic expectations--given BFL's track record you should assume nothing but the worst. Anything less is naivete. But anyway, thanks for wasting my time with that worthless post. Great deductive reasoning there, btw. That last bit was my favorite.

IMO consolidate BFL threads to mine.

It has the most views and I'm fantastic at attention-whoring (they call it 'marketing' in schools) so just keep adding to that and I'll promise to try and get it in Ars Technica / NPR / TheVerge / Forbes all publications I've been quoted in this year

The worse I've ever stated was egging Pirate's car and maybe some banter involving a broomstick. I feel so liberated since...
