If the central bank for bitcoin is established in the future i think it will prone also to hacking. If they find something interesting, they will find a way to hack those targets.

Well, the money inside our credit card or atm card is never safe. I've seen many upgrades from banks to avoid their customer's getting stolen especially by skimming but it still happens.
