Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I am just wondering that the event would be discussing the future road map of the block chain in India. But I am not too sure with the government decision if they would be supporting this in any way in near future this technology or cypto currency. Just incase if they decide not to allow cypto currency in India then such events will actually become less worthy.

Though most of the people relate Blockchain to Crypto you must understand that Cryptocurrency is a part of it. Blockchain as a technology has various other use cases as in IoT, Supply Chain, Dapps. The government might want to suppress Cryptocurrency but I don't think they can do much about Blockchain Technology in general. So I believe these events will create a lot of awareness among people of these things. Also most of the people I need just take Bitcoin as an investment, trading instead the learning the how actually it work and the beauty of it!
