How are you planning to buy a Telegram account when these accounts are tied to phone numbers that would most likely stay under the original owner's control? This would effectively mean that the original owner would always be able to get their account back simply by re-verifying their phone number with Telegram and choosing within the app to close all other sessions. You would have to change the phone number on the account to prevent this, but you would need one number per account which I take it you don't have since you are wanting to buy accounts. This then brings the question of why are you even trying to buy accounts in the first place, unless you are somehow also wanting to buy the number that comes with it? If you already have numbers to use with Telegram, you could just create the accounts yourself at no cost.

You are honestly just asking to get scammed. If you are still wanting to go with it, you should probably move this to the Digital Goods section.
