According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I'm afraid just paying someone to set it up for you won't work in the long run. As soon as there's a problem or something needs to be adjusted you will need to hire someone again. It's simply not as easy "as fiddle with something here and something there and pray that it works". Mining is about money and a misbehaving pool results in lost income for your miners - something they won't tolerate.

That's the reason why I decided to develop my own pool engine and learn the whole business of running a pool from as low level as possible.

So in essence you either need to take the time to master the technology yourself or you need to hire somone permanently.

you might want to think this over  a bit better...
or at least open up what your ideas are
so we can better judge what needs to be done and how and where and when ect........
indifferently whoever you hire im sure will know the in and outs of what is needed
but to run the pool a developer will find it hard to find time or it has to be pretty well paid to keep a app developer at your services!

Yes, it's so hard  Grin

Monero pool

1. Info

Monero pool.
https://getmonero.org

2. Withdrawal address

Exchange sites like Poloniex, Bittrex needs paymentid to deposit. You should insert paymentid, or your coins would not be confirmed from exchange site.
You can input in "address.paymentid" form at withdrawal address.
If you want to withdraw to exchange sites that don't need paymentid or to your local wallet, just input address only.

3. Server settings

Here are server info for several regions.

U.S.     :   us-east.cryptonight-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20580
                us-east.monero.miningpoolhub.com:20580
Europe :   europe.cryptonight-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20580
                europe.monero.miningpoolhub.com:20580
Asia     :   asia.cryptonight-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20580
                asia.monero.miningpoolhub.com:20580

4. Miner settings

(1) Claymore Cryptonote miner - Windows, Linux AMD (2% dev fee is included)
Download miner at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=638915.0

NsGpuCNMiner.exe -o ssl://us-east.cryptonight-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20580 -u username.workername -p x

Only version 9.7 or higher works properly for miningpoolhub

"ssl://" is specified for secure network connection.
You can mine without this option but it is recommended to use because Claymore miner's devfee gets lower with this.
Also it would help some outer firewall disconnection issues time to time.

(2) CUDA ccminer
https://github.com/tsiv/ccminer-cryptonight/releases

(3) JayDDee's cpuminer
https://github.com/JayDDee/cpuminer-opt
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1326803.0

(4) Wolf's CPU miner
https://github.com/wolf9466/cpuminer-multi

Wolf's cpu multi miner : https://mega.nz/#!F4ZlRRZT!T5RoiaAMxOVHiUFX0yKq54-jZJ0Kqe9PZGZfbIrqYvM
Non-AES cpu miner : https://mega.nz/#!ssIQXIJJ!nJU6BYMZCezT7qvLcU1Cu3MRwZoSyoBpjjb0E90hnz0

I think I can help with it to setup private Monero pool. Let me know if you still looking for it.

Setup your own mining pool, mine any coins of your choice, Telegram: @goodthebest or email: onlinebuybiz@gmail.com
