I really don't like the idea, I think they pass the action is wrong, see a lot of social media promote crypto, such as Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, medium etc. maybe it would make the reduced enthusiasts crypto to log into Facebook.as one of the greatest social media facebook should take a policy that is wise enough.but we will be hard to predict everything in the business world

I think this will happen very soon as many people get scammed because of those ICO's promoted in that social media. We can't blame mark for doing that, because many people will save from the those scammy icos.

I think it would be the both sides loss. Bitcoin's loss because facebook could really help bitcoin in advertising as they are the biggest social media site that could reach billions of people worldwide. Facebook's loss because of the opportunity that bitcoin can give them.

I think the cryptocurrency ads on facebook are still available and add a lot of ICO ads too, but I think if any such ads should not have a big impact on the world of cryptocurrency. it makes bitcoin stable, which means not much higher demand and stable price.

One of the reasons could be, that these ICOs are really enticing. Unfortunately, most of them are not worth it to invest and many people didn't get their anticipated return.

I have an account there but don't like it much due to the fact that it is not convenient for me. Now I don't like it even more after you said that Facebook blocks ads for Bitcoin. It is unwise from their side

Since i keep getting warning messages/spam messages on facebook, i have stopped putting up ads relating to ICOs or carrying facebook campaign. It irks me to get all those messages. I'd rather do Twitter.

That's quite sad, but there are a lot of fake ads online whereby people are duped, thanks to cyber thefts. I think that should be the reason why Facebooks is banning those ads, People must have complained on ads on Facebook that leads them right into a pitfall. Too bad though.

This has been reported many times over, and I think people are just in a state that they can't believe it because it's one of the foremost departments of bounty campaigns where people usually enroll in. Having said, I think that it's not a permanent thing, if not, something that would be done without qualifications. I think that Facebook is doing this to minimize the trash content in their system. I say that because many users actually post nonsense that it burdens their system, so Facebook just wants to control that for the time being.

Facebook, at least tries to justify its position with common sense. After all, everyone understands that in addition to obviously forbidden directions, for example, advertising of narcotic substances, there are still many topics that are extremely painful for an unprepared user. I'm not sure that it is ICO that is the main evil on the planet, but apparently the administration of the American social network thinks so, therefore the amendment to the community rules maximally extends the policy of enforcement in respect of a number of advertising products.

That's just banned advertising ico on facebook because of the amount of scams exit ico. Facebook only protects their background because of it ..
As they say, "We want people to continue to discover and learn about new products and services through Facebook ads without fear of scams or deception. That said, there are many companies who are advertising binary options, ICOs and cryptocurrencies that are not currently operating in good faith."

Facebook has not completely banned crypto ads. It has just put in place some restrictions when it comes to crypto related postings. Infact Facebook is also coming up with a new team dedicated only for Blockchain headed by David Marcus

I think there are still some cryptocurrency ads and ICO hanging around in the facebook window, and there are also google ads that still provide cryptocurrency ads, in my opinion it's just a conspiracy alone that makes new investors play panic and eventually sell their assets and many players old who took the opportunity to buy as much as possible.

Yes this is exactly to create panic in the market stating that a big giant firm like Facebook is banning ads so you should think before investing
