What happened:I placed an order on Dec 13, 2017 with a promised 2 week delivery. I was told I would receive the tracking number by Dec 19. By Dec 23 still no tracking information. After a Skype chat, he said they would be shipped in 10-14 days. It is now Feb 2, and he has not responded to Skype or emails since Dec 26, nor have I received the items.

From January 13 to January 26, I sent four friendly "how's it going? have my items shipped yet?" messages. From then to now, I sent two strongly worded messages. No replies.
