I think eth is the best, but only among altcoins, exactly eth not better than bitcoin. So it will have big price per coin and have good perspective to live long, but not will be more expensive than btc.

This year?I don't think so because ethereum has more ways to go to reach bitcoin. I always believe in Bitcoin and it can't defeat by the ethereum since its the king of cryptocurrency. But I have believe in ethereum too.

In my opinion , ETH is now more hot than BTC because the explosion of ICOs base on ETH Blockchain. During the recent dip, ETH price even a little come up, all altcoins and BTC holders lose funds but ETH holders still have profit. So i think that ETH will reach BTC price this year. What do you think guys?
There is no way ETH will reach the price of Bitcoin so soon. However I agree with you when you say that ETH is more hot today than BTC. Not enough though to reach or even surpass the market rate of Bitcoin. Even if it does, it would probably be after 2 or 3 years (in which case there is no way for us to know or predict right now) |

I think Ethereum does have a good development but if the price of Ethereum rivals Bitcoin, in my opinion, it is not possible.
Bitcoin has more advantages than Ethereum.

In my opinion i think ethereum is better than bitcoin because Ethereum never had the intention to have a value like bitcoin, but investors invested anyway spotting the opportunity. If we talk about the growth of Ethereum this past year, we can surely see that it has grown to more than 4000% while bitcoin has grown about 600%.
What differs Ethereum from Bitcoin is the new technology behind it. Ethereum operates on a ledger technology which is a decentralized type of database.
Moreover, Ethereum has the potential to provide basic operating systems for the next generation of decentralized internet, and also has the potential to become a publicly used entity that easily makes contact between customers.

My opinion about Ethereum is the It was launched in 2015 and its success is growing some things that apply to the advantage of Ethereum and why some people see it as a better option from bitcoin. Ethereum has a high immune system where a third party can’t make changes to any data. It has proven itself that is corruption free because of the impossibility to make any censorship. Apps connected to Ethereum rarely, almost never go down and cannot be shut down.

Ethereum is really operating very well. Unlike other coins, even those who have already went through some huge pumps, Ethereum is not a hollow altcoin and has a lot of amazing products to brag about. But I don't agree with you that Ethereum will reach Bitcoin price this year. Even if Bitcoin is already very low at this point at $6,500, Ethereum can reach that just yet. Bitcoin may be down but so is Ethereum. It is already less than $500. |
