Reach $ 100,000 is possible but will not happen in 2018, too early and there's many countries still reject bitcoin as alternative payment. Supply, demand and people trust really needed in big quality and quantity to reach the number. There's change but need all support from all of us and I hope someday bitcoin will reach $ 100,000 soon. I hope so but it is really hard.i think it gonna be $20-30k within this year. but no one can predict about because it depends on the investor in bitcoin. what if investor continue investing in bitcoin it might be pump which I thought. |

In case you missed it FOMO is over. Bitcoin is under $10K. Online services are removing bitcoin as a payment method(steem, stripe) New investors are looking for cheap altcoins and they hope they will make 100-1000X profit. Look at bitcoin chart:  Do you see $100K in near future? Because I don't. IMHO you are 2 months late with this question. |

It's not possible I guess because bitcoins price is just $10000 now.So it required more $90000 to make $100000.Bitcoin price is suddenly slowed on this year.So I think it's very tough to became $100000.But I really wish that, if millions of people start invest on it then may be bitcoin price will be $100000.But not in this year because within just 1 year it's impossible.May be we will be able to bitcoin price $100000 on 2030.

The question which yoy have asked is right but according to me still your price expectations are very high and blockchain technology will be introduced everywhere cannot be said as many are against it. The regulations and other positive aspects like awareness, investments and developments will help the price boost and we can see the price upto $50k by year end but we cant say surely as it is too volatile to make predictions. But hope for the best. |

all of the highest bitcoin prices could be a possibility if bitcoin is very useful worldwide and the whole country starts using and legalizing bitcoin as a safe transaction tool then not in deny bitcoin will reach that price even more. |

all of the highest bitcoin prices could be a possibility if bitcoin is very useful worldwide and the whole country starts using and legalizing bitcoin as a safe transaction tool then not in deny bitcoin will reach that price even more. I am agree with you, the bitcoin is very fluctuating so all are possible. Maybe it will reach to that price or not, yet the thing is sure bitcoin will going strong. We cannot give an accurate answer all we can say is the prediction of the price that maybe it can hit the price. |

Am I really surprised with the number you gave $ 100000  That is not a small number, You probably will not be able to give that number candles you know bitcoin price at the present time. The price of a bitcoin at the moment only $ 9,943.49 means that it is less than a tenth of the price you give. I think that number is unlikely to happen in 2018. Bitcoin is currently making very strict decisions to reduce people Korea's speculative buoyancy on bitcoin. |

At present, the price of bitcoin is a bit stable, it has been fluctuating in between 10k and 12k. I believe it would increase again after some time. But I don't think that it would get 100k this year. It is highly unlikely.

As much as I'm very bullish about bitcoin, I don't see $100K to be possible this year. Even touching $20K is getting difficult, right now the price just took a nose dive below $10K. This bloodbath has been continuing since the start of the year that the top price I could see down the line is around $30K-$50K. Your assumption is wrong at the very beginning, blockchain is not the same as bitcoin. Blockchain is the underlying technology behind it. So it doesn't mean that this technology will be used or applied into different sectors doesn't mean that bitcoin price will be affected and be push to $100K. |

i think you should have known about the situation of bitcoin rightnow, bitcoin is still struggling at 11000$ and no sign of rising up, so it is very hard to reach higher than 50000$ at the end of this year, much less 100000$, we may witness bitcoin rise very much in 2018 and still a very long time to reach higher 100000$

On what basis do you make such predictions? Do you draw up charts? Do you analyze data from previous years and then have your say?
If it's just random, you're just wasting people's time. Will bitcoin be 100,000$ or not, shouldn't be of much concern here. How will bitcoin change the world on how it was intended to, criticism on bitcoin should be discussed.

Actually prediction for crypto currency is not accurate, Price of bitcoin is all about demand and supply of bitcoins. as we all know we can only mine 21 million bitcoins and after that circulation will be taken place with the bitcoins which are mined. this will lead to high demand and less supply.
Surely it will increase the price of bitcoin.

It's impossible to anwser this question for now  ). Nobody knows what will happen to Bitcoin in the future ). If Bitcoin price will increase the same with 2017 I think it'll only can reach to 50k$ at least but 100k$ is really hard to reach to . It's 10 times higher with Bitcoin price at the moment and it's really hard to be able to come true cause I think 2018 is the era of ICO. |

Bitcoin can not become a good transaction tool with the current fee, though the cost has decreased significantly in recent and there's many countries still reject bitcoin. People, let's be realistic. Bitcoin can rise fast, we have seen that but still some values are exaggerated and have no ground on the current market situation. Although the year long 100k is not easy to reach.
But besides very high price there are some other things that could also attract more users and investors like transactions speed and fees more reasonable.
