I've waited almost 3 weeks now [since 8/21!] for a cashout [to my bank] from Mt. Gox.
Mt. Gox doesn't readily show ANY customer service contact info or links.

I might wanna rattle their cage a bit... I have documentation
[email to me from them, acct. transaction info re: my acct. on their site]

Any ideas on how to contact Mt. Gox on matters like this?

thx in advance

Hi $pike,

If you figure this out, please let me know.  on August 5th, I requested a withdraw from Mt. Gox as well, and still have not seen any sign of my money.  I even went though all their hoops to establish a 'trusted' bank account.  For the first few weeks, whenever I would ask, they would tell me that they were having to do manual withdraws... although now, like you, they have stopped answering customer service requests completely.

My guess is that they are shifting from legit company to scam operation.  Trying to get as many people to send them money while putting a freeze on all real money withdraws (I've heard of some people still being able to get bitcoins out, but I have not heard of anyone able to get real currency out from them in the last 1 - 2 months.

Prompt response at least:

James/ Support, Sep 10 17:19 (JST):

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us regarding your withdrawal request.

Due to a change in our banking system we are currently experiencing a back-log of withdrawals that we need to process.

Our team is working hard to increase transaction speeds, but there is approximately a few-week back-log we need to overcome.

It will take a few weeks to get back to normal, and we thank you for your patience during this time.

Again, we apologize for the delay and we will contact you once your withdrawal has been processed.

Best regards,

Mt.Gox Team

Note: amount in question about 350$US. This should be chicken feed to Mt. Gox.
