Yeah maybe. I'm not sure how they do escrow through people.  I think you have to confirm you received it also. 

My antivirus flags that site like no tomorrow.

I would avoid if I were you. I attempted to purchase an Antminer R4 from Sherlock_er (this thread), and the shipping info is from a site pegged as a scam site. He also has stopped communicating and hasn't logged into the forums since Feb 9. If you must try and buy from this guy, use escrow like I did.

Yeah seller going MIA is a bad sign and still makes no sense.  How did they think they were going to scam you if nothing arrived.  People aren't stupid and can figure out what shipping sites are legit.

Don't understand why you need "more public support"  Pretty obvious it's a scam.  Considering the tracking info is from obvious scam website, enough time has passed.  Release the funds back to buyer.

For crist sakes....if you see email, whatsapp, skype...its a scam 9999% of the time.  Glad you used escrow, shows others why escrow should ALWAYS be used unless you really know who you are dealing with

Indeed, This first buying experience through the forum has definitely been a learning experience. I’m very fortunate I went through escrow for this purchase. Though I wouldn’t have bought anything at all without escrow, unless there was an invoice through PayPal.

Obviously I’m biased, but I’m in agreement that enough time has passed and the situation has been thoroughly explained to the forum to the point where it is time to release my funds back to me.

Yes it has.  I finally made my first purchase a few days ago though it was using Paypal.  100% flawless.  Got the item today and it's working as expected.  Hopefully you can find what you need from an honest seller.

I agree with you. It was pretty clear to me what was happening, but I need to make sure to give the benefit of the doubt and set the right precedent as there are many scenarios I have to account for, many of which probably aren’t considered by a majority of users. It is 100% clear now that the seller is purposefully not responding and ignoring requests. Funds will be refunded to the buyer soon.
