Лайткоин обновился до 0.8 стабильной версии https://litecoin.org/ru

Так же 13 версия p2pool требует litecoin-0.8.3.7+

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

litecoin обновился до 0.8.4.1
Ну сейчас они хоть оперативно версию обновляют до версии bitcoin, а то раньше помню у litecoin последняя 0.6.3, а у bitcoin уже 0.8 была....
