There's no hate involved lol. The date has been changed rather a few times now, and I'm putting what I have left into getting this so I can afford to live. I think I have a reason to question it more than anyone.

Well, don't spend money you need. That is one of the basic rules of trading.

What i mean for "PERSONAL COPY"?

- You must activate API On Cryptsy https://www.cryptsy.com/users/settings in the API Keys
- Check Enable API, under Your API Keys there will be 2 keys : one is the private key, and the other is the Public Key.
- I Write in the Code Your Public Key as a "Serial Number".
- When you open "C.A.T" you must insert Private + Public to enter.

How often are you querying the Cryptsy API?

Timer of  "lookup process" actually is every 10 seconds. (Each market trader on C.A.T have a dedicate process)
If the first algo applied on the first calls give some "result" there will be another calls.

If there's http problems, retry is every 15 seconds.
Some API calls on C.A.T. are "On Demand".

I just think that by giving the product away for free after the "beta testers" pay for a copy through auction is extremely unfair. Other people will be able to do the same thing as each other and profitability of the algo goes down substantially. I realize you have 4 "modes" for people to adjust, however when 100,000 people download your program for free, and are running it at the same time as the 10 people who paid $120+ USD for the program, they will not make the earnings that they would have, if you sold the product instead and even then in small batches to give everyone an opportunity to earn a decent amount. The more people running the same algo, the decrease in its profitability. It is the same for actual automatic currency traders so there is no reason it wouldn't be the same for auto crypto-currencies. Please know, I am not flaming or trolling you, I think you have an amazing concept and I have bid and been private messaging you questions. These are however, my concerns, and I would like to begin a positive discussion on the subjects brought up.

Originally, it was going to be available later for a >0.25 BTC donation, which seems reasonable (not free). That language has been changed, maybe Sampey can clarify.

Yes, people PM me to donate >= 0.25, so, after refuse 3-4 people saying "This is the second phase, now let me think about the first, don't donate" i remove 2nd beta condition. No more PM Received

I start received PM from people who wants to donate >= 0.25 for the second beta release.
To everyone i've said "No, donate me later, after the first beta release".
I receive, 1-2-3-4 etc PM, so i decide to remove second beta price to receive no more PM.

Also, you didnt answer my other questions posted above about how when 100,000 people have the free copy, the people who bought the first 10 copies will basically be battling with tons of people and losing money when they paid for their copy yet others got it for free.

Second BETA Release (At least 2-3 Weeks after First Beta Release)
All donator >= X.YY (To Decide) BTC gets a copy of C.A.T. Don't Ask Me Now.

And the most important thing is that i'm not sure that "more people using C.A.T. = less gain".

Most definitely it will cause less gain because that is how it works in the "real-world" with currency traders. I used 100,000 as an example, you understand what I mean though, it will obviously be a lot more than 10. It seems this will only be profitable in my opinion in the first 2-3 weeks for whoever wins the auction until the 2nd release that is free for everyone. I urge you to re-think this approach and to read into "real-world" auto currency traders. Once again, the product you created is fantastic, however, the release may be more beneficial by utilizing other methods. Sincerely,
