There is no limit for newbie for the number of post but let us make sure that what we post is far from spam. But it is better to be concern on what you will learn here than the number of posting.
Welcome here mate.

Technically, no limits are required for a newbie post. However what they look at is fruitful wuestions or ideas that can help the community or related to the topic. Just be mindful of your words and content. Everything will work out fine for you. Welcome to bitcointalk.

I'm also a newbie. After you post in a topic, it takes 360 second before you post again in other topic. Meanwhile i don't think that there is limit in posting but it has a interval time.

Actually there's no required maximum posts, but you should have a minimum of 6 minutes time of interval every time you make a post,to avoid getting your account banned.

There are no specific restrictions on posts with newbie. However, you must make sure that is not spam in the forum. Posts should be constructive and contribute. If you want to rank higher (members, full members...) then you should be responsible for your article. Someone may give you merit.
