TOKEN SALE: FUND THE TEND VENTURE

TEND is carrying out a token sale to fund the build-out of its platform,
to establish operations and to roll out the business across the identified target markets.

TEND tokens mirror a Participation Share in accordance with Swiss law
whilst keeping the attractive aspect of a token being tradable on the
secondary market, through a number of quality crypto exchanges. One
big benefit of this security token will be that investors will have the entitlement
 annual dividends.

The Token Sale will take place between the 3rd February and the 17th February 2018,
with pre-contributions open as of January 27th. There will be a 20% discount for the
first 3’000’000 tokens sold. The token sale will accept Ether (ETH) and Swiss francs (CHF).


TEND wants to establish best practices in token issuance, therefore TEND will
provide a safe, secure, and fully transparent process by ensuring all participants
undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML)
procedure through licensed partners.




TODAY’S PROBLEM

same old, impersonal financial products of today’s providers, which bring neither

means of holding cash. We conservatively estimate that 1 trillion USD
(out of the world-wide total of ca. 70 trillion USD) is lying idle in these “uninspiring”

THE TECH BEHIND

Our team, having developed an alpha version of the product, is testing it rigorously
with the first 20 pilot customers and has successfully completed the technical
proof of concept. TEND uses the Ethereum
blockchain to run its application and to tokenize (i.e. convert and certify)
the client assets. The Ethereum technology establishes absolute confidence
in the traceability of the co-investments and ownership is
recorded on the decentralized, tamper-free ledger.

The big difference to other ICOs: You actually OWN a part of TEND. Not just some utility token.
TND tokens are issued as Partizipationsschein (participation certificates without voting right) according to art. 656a sq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations and have the following rights or reservations:

TND token holders will receive an annual dividend per respective TND token (ie. proportional share of dividends) pursuant to Swiss corporate law. The amount of the dividend is decided by the company’s general assembly.
TND tokens do not confer any voting rights towards the company.
TND tokens are freely tradable on crypto exchanges where the TND token will be listed.
The TND token holders will have further, related rights as holders of a participation certificate under Swiss corporate law, such as the right to receive a proportional share of liquidation proceeds, the right to receive information regarding the affairs of the company, the right to request the dissolution of the company for substantiated reasons
