I am located in Delhi. I am involved in mining of BTC and Ether. I want to sell 25 BTC and 100 Ethers, but all in cash. Interested People please post here.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Well if you really have that much amount I would be really cautious when dealing in cash or in public. One gun pointed at you and you will walk home empty handed. Its better you don't disclose your public information or the  amount of BTC you have as it is sure to attract a lot of Thugs.

And for the exchange I believe you should find someone on localbitcoins.com. IIRC I have seen listings for exchange in cash in and around Delhi. Or if you find someone trustworthy then no harm in traveling to another state to get a deal sorted. All the best!

My friend that is a lot of money. Be very careful there are lot of thugs. Face to Face dealings can be dangerous. One advice go with bodygaurds when going for cashing out.

LocalBitcoins is the place to want to check out. Again be careful

...there are lot of thugs....
..One gun pointed at you and you will walk home empty handed....

Dealing in cryptos for cash used to be a gentlemen's game. Shameful how newbies like you are ruining the credibility of cryptos and Bitcoins as a whole. It seems like the guy is going to trade with thugs and underworld mafias rather than an educated IT enthusiast/professional.

@OP
I can buy. Not so much at once. Check PM.

I suppose the reverse is also true...the OP could be the one with gun and the guy with the cash - the victim.
In any case - very risky and dangerous for both parties concerned.

As the previous posters have stated - find alternatives. Escrow and trade providers might have their fees - but its negligible especially if you have the amount stated.

I am sorry - I'm not from India - but would Western Union also be subject to scrutiny from your financial intelligence agencies?

Hi all,

Thanks for showing concern on my safety and really appreciate the community awareness exhibited through this act. I represents few old miners in India and have a mandate to sell their Ethers and BTC. I usually comes across buyers who lie in 1 of 4 buckets. Large volume/ small volume and cash/Online payment buyers. This post is specifically for Large volume cash buyers.

I am a blockchain developer who has fair understanding of risk and reward structure of cryptocurrencies. Of all my days in trading, I remind myself just one thing. "Don't get hurt. Hurt No one  Smiley".
