Worldcoin v6.4.5 Client Mandatory Upgrade

We have released the Worldcoin v6.4.5 mandatory client upgrade. This fixes a retargeting issue (thanks to RealSolid/mcxNOW for spotting this bug) as well as updating a graphical bug in the QT client. Please upgrade to this latest client before block 600,000 (about 3 days).

Quicker changes stops multipools from messing things up.

Its certainly working very well. The difficulty is tracking in a narrow range while I am getting just above 1% reject rate. Now if the price just went up we will be sorted Grin
