We have officially dropped the pool fee to 0.0%.  There is currently no fee for mining with us. That makes Mining.Akroma.org the only pool with no fees.


I am also currently in the process of putting together a transaction fee lottery system in which the tx fees would be collected for a given amount time and then a random miner will be drawn to receive all the tx fees.  More to come on this.  I am open to feedback if anyone has ideas for this.

I have implemented a lottery system for the pools tx fees!  Check out the details!

How it works:
As the pool finds blocks, the transaction fees associated with each block will be collected into a "Jackpot Wallet Address" which is controlled by the pool.
The odds of winning the lottery will differ for each miner based on the amount of "work" they contributed to the pool. I chose this method to encourage and give an advantage to higher contributors.

For Example: Miner A is mining consistantly at 500 MH all week and Miner B is at 100 MH for the same timeframe. When it comes time to generator the random winner for the week, Miner A will have ~5 times better chance of winning the jackpot.

On Sunday of each week, a lucky miner will be randomly generated and paid the jackpot!
