I think Asia market is not a bad target for the start of cryptoflix. There is a lot of people in Asia, also there is a lot of people who appreciate crypto, so a good point for a streaming platform that will be based on crypto.

Asia is a wide market with very big scope to grow. Like no serious content from Netflix yet and Amazon prime is just catching up.

Asians has different market.  Also I think they don't follow much online streaming.

Asian video market is improving,  people’s awareness of copyright is increasing .
But I think resources and watching interest are  the difficult point of operation

Agreed with the watching interest. I guess so, people in most countries in asia has no much time to watch the movie. There are still plenty of other stuffs to do on those country.
Why do you think Asians will not watch streaming? I think Cryptoflix has a real chance to grow. I think he can be a TV channel competitor.
They can bring on stream, what can not be found on them on TV
Asia has some of the bigger film industries in the world, for example India. I think that it would be a very good idea to start there.

I think its a strategic decision to implement CRYPTOFLIX platform first in Asia rather in Europe or America for the fact that Asia is less saturated with streaming platforms and there is ample room for growth.Imho.

I guess the decision is also motivated by the fact that they want to bring free educational content to underdeveloped countries. Also Asian countries have a big percentage of the population without a bank account.
As far as I know many of South East Asia countries are heavily underbanked

Well I think most of those states are now enjoying a booming economy, so that will be good for CRYTOFLIX. Imho. Smiley
I think that not only these countries will be happy with this project) the Idea is very interesting, so many users from around the world will use this platform!

No idea in Asia there are not very much streaming service available, isn't Netflix operating there as well?  Shocked

NETFLIX and Amazon but NETFLIX is struggling to get the numbers up because of lack of payment options.
Really? How can a lack of payment options be a problem for a big company, which is dealing with million of $?
They should be able to solve this problem.

I think a company like Netflix is probably already looking at it. But i dont think they want to focus on areas where they can't ask the same price as in America, then it's not worth it for them.

He'd better express more his own thoughts but not just read from their website. The video is ok, but frankly, all of the said will probably last 5 minutes if he sticks more to the case

They are slow and they have obsolete procedures to deal fast with these types of problems

I still think sooner or later these companies will catch up. Then it is good that Cryptoflix has something that makes it special with the possibility to invest in film projects.

There is really a great demand for new options that will fix the problems with Netflix payment options, it is stressful to have so many options and not be able to complete them, even if the Cryptoflix platform is still being implemented, we are already one step ahead in this regard, bringing even more people to the crypto and without problems to finalize their accounts

Hey everybody, Christian here - CEO and Founder of CryptoFlix.

I just wanted to quickly share something that gives me a warm feeling inside.

We are beginning to get direct e-mails from filmmakers and content owners who can see the potential in getting financing from the Film Market Place or who want to put their Movies and TV on the paid content streaming platform.

This is just great - because it shows that there is interest from the industry to support CryptoFlix.

Tomorrow there is just 1 month until the ICO. Please do not forget to sign up for the Early Bonus Alert on our webpage www.cryptoflix.io.

Thanks for your support.

Take care, Christian

Very nice to know that filmmakers already contacted cryptoflix team, that show the interest of for the project and potential future partnership. The project is unique and I really like the possibility to fund film, hope it will be possible soon.

Addiyionally, https://piay.iflix.com is gaining a foothold in Asia, its a Malaysian based streaming platform that is subscription based.
Wew, I have never noticed it before, its my neighbour country product  Grin
Have you tried it? and do they cover many film and tv series especially the new one?

"The price will be determined by the streaming quality chosen by the users - and the content owners will have more control over the pricing."

So I was right, each country doesn't have it's own price, it didn't make sense after all

I am not so sure. It just means that different quality has different price but it does not say that there is no possibility for different prices in different countires.

Different price for different quality is the make sense one instead of based on different countries.

Different prices in different countries makes sense too. You cant expect someone paying for example 1$ in the USA while in equivalent someone paying 1$ in a country where 1$ is the minimum for one day living expenses or so.

Of course. Wouldn't make sense if someone in Africa paid the same as someone in Norway. You don't see Netflix charging fixed rates

They need to target a specific niche, like Bollywood movies in India of anime in Japan.

But Cryptoflix is a different kind of platform, plus, it has the option of investing in film production.

While the mode of operations may be different, it still is essentially a content delivery platform. Therefore, the comparison.

Very nice,  of course they see an opportunity,  there's a lack of platforms where you can crowdfund film productions

The number of anime has been increased as I know and this for sure can be the good target for cryptoflix. And I bet the new type of movie will emerge too in the near future hence the target will never end.
